Refund & Membership Policy
Convention Registration Refunds
All cancellation requests for the Florida Hearing Society Annual Convention must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the event start date to be eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds will be issued minus a $50 administrative fee
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received fewer than 14 days prior to the event
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows
Membership & Convention Eligibility
Convention registration rates and benefits are exclusively available to active Florida Hearing Society members in good standing.
Members who select a monthly payment membership plan agree to the following:

A minimum commitment of six (6) months of membership dues is required

Membership cancellations are not permitted prior to the completion of this six-month term
Early Cancellation After Convention Attendance
If a member registers for and attends the Annual Convention under a monthly membership plan and cancels their membership before completing six (6) months of dues, the Florida Hearing Society reserves the right to:

Charge the remaining balance of the six-month minimum, or
-
Charge the difference between member and non-member convention pricing
